This curriculum was created for teachers who want to bring current New Orleans water issues into their classrooms.

“Station 15” curriculum— downloadable here— centers on the short documentary, “Station 15.” This lesson plan introduces students to city and regional water issues. Students gain background information and view the film to develop their own perspective on the city’s water management.

This curriculum was made in collaboration with Ripple Effect, which develops curriculum and teaching tools to help teachers bring water literacy into their classrooms. It has been distributed to high schools and k-12 classrooms across New Orleans, including NOCCA and Bard Early College.
